🏃‍♂️ Join the Pansophia Puma Cross Country Team! 🏃‍♀️ Open to all 3rd–8th graders for the 2025–2026 school year! Our team is a fun, supportive way for kids to stay active and build team spirit. Runners will learn proper stretching, warm-ups, workouts, cool-downs, and compete in races. Summer practices start July 16 (optional, but a great way to get ready!). During the school year: Practice is Mon–Thurs after school until 4:15–4:30. We’ll participate in meets (1.5 miles, some hills) with other schools—up to 2 per week. No busing is provided—please arrange transportation. Practices will be scheduled at Pansophia Academy or Heritage Park. A schedule will be provided. 👉 What to bring daily: -Athletic clothes (no jeans!) -Running shoes & socks -Water bottle -No physical required. First practice: 📍 July 16 | 🕟 4:30–5:30 PM 📍 Pansophia Academy Gym ✅ Permission form required (can be filled out on-site) Meet in front of the office each day. ¡Fiesta Final! 🎉🌮 Our High School and Middle School Spanish students along with Sr. Gonzalez our Spanish teacher wrapped up the school year in the most delicious way—by cooking and enjoying homemade chicken tacos together! 🔥 From practicing Spanish vocabulary to sharing a meal with friends, it was the perfect blend of language, culture, and fun. ¡Buen trabajo a todos!

Students were able to dress up like soldiers from history.
Students were able to build their own fort while at Fort Mackinac.
While at the Fort today, students watched a rifle demonstration.
Students are EXHAUSTED, but they had fun.

If you missed the Pansophia Academy Dance Team Showcase on Saturday, you missed quite an event! Team members performed a full program of solos, duets, trios and team numbers. Special awards voted on by the team were: Lilly Parker, Spirit of the Squad; Fayth Haase, Powerhouse Dancer; Natalie Kiernan, Rookie of the Year; and Alexandria Nunemaker, Most Improved. Other members of the squad who were also recognized for their hard work and completing the season were Quinn Tillitson, Katherine Guest, Anali Martinez and Summer Mathis. The Showcase concluded Mrs. Barrand's ninth season as coach of the dance team.

Day 2 of the Annual 3rd grade Northern Michigan Adventure Trip was another fun one. Students visited Tahquanemon Falls, Whitefish Point Lighthouse and Shipwreck Museum, and the Soo Locks! Today they visit Mackinac Island.

Students learned how to identify trees in Michigan.
Students enjoyed learning about different shipwrecks.
Students saw different items replicated or retrieved from shipwrecks.
Students learned about how shipwrecks are explored.
Students enjoyed exploring the Whitefish Point Shipwreck Museum.
Students learned how the Soo Locks raise and lower ships.
While at the Soo Locks, families learned information about Canada and the US.
Our 3rd graders had a TON of fun, and learned so many things on the first day of their trip. Today they will adventure across the Upper Peninsula.

Students learned about logging during an interactive lesson at Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park.
Our 3rd graders learned how saw mills were operated.
Students learned how water can power machinery.
After their sawmill lesson, students were able to climb an observation tower to see the Mackinaw Bridge and Mackinac Island.
While exploring Colonial Michilimackinac, our students were able to observe archeologists and see the many historical pieces being discovered.
Students and families had fun walking through the reconstructed buildings of Colonial Michilimackinac.
Students enjoyed a Lumber Jack show.
